The 1444-TSCX02-02RB provides two independent tachometer input channels and generates conditioned TTL speed outputs for use by Dynamix 1444 Dynamic Measurement Modules. It is specifically designed to support rotational speed, phase reference, and direction detection, enabling accurate correlation of vibration data with machine speed.

This module operates on the Dynamix 1444 local backplane bus and must be connected to a compatible dynamic measurement module. It is widely deployed in predictive maintenance and machinery protection systems for rotating and reciprocating equipment.

Functional Description

The 1444-TSCX02-02RB conditions raw tachometer signals from proximity probes, magnetic pickups, or optical sensors and converts them into stable digital speed and phase reference signals.

By providing precise speed and phase data, the module allows vibration analysis systems to perform order tracking, synchronous measurements, and phase-based diagnostics. This capability is critical for detecting faults such as imbalance, misalignment, resonance, and torsional issues.
