Product Description

The Allen-Bradley 1771-WD is a removable field wiring arm designed for selected 1771-series digital and analog I/O modules in the PLC-5 / 1771 I/O platform. It provides a secure and organized interface for field wiring, allowing sensors, actuators, switches, and other devices to connect directly to the I/O module without disturbing module electronics.

This wiring arm features screw-clamp, tin-plated terminals and is removable, enabling fast replacement or service of I/O modules while maintaining existing field wiring. Its compact 12-terminal design ensures neat, service-friendly connections, making it ideal for industrial automation environments where reliability and efficiency are essential.

The 1771-WD is discontinued by the manufacturer but remains widely used for legacy PLC-5 systems.
