The Foxboro FBM218 P0917XV is a high-reliability redundant analog input and HART® output module designed for the Foxboro I/A Series and Evo™ process automation platforms. It acquires standard 4–20 mA analog signals from field transmitters and sensors, converting them into digital values for accurate process control and monitoring.

With 16 individually isolated input channels and 8 isolated output channels, this module ensures exceptional noise immunity, protection against ground loops, and supports paired operation for full redundancy. This makes it ideal for mission-critical industries such as oil & gas, petrochemical, chemical, and power generation, where uninterrupted signal acquisition and output control are essential.

Functional Features

  • Analog Input: Sixteen channels acquire 4–20 mA process signals, providing high-resolution 12-bit A/D conversion with ±0.1% full-scale accuracy.
