Product Description

The Allen-Bradley 1771-IBN/B is a 16-point DC digital input module designed for the PLC-5 / 1771 I/O platform. It supports 10–30 VDC high-true (sinking) input signals and is typically used with 24 VDC field devices in industrial control systems.

This module interfaces sourcing field devices such as proximity sensors, pushbuttons, limit switches, and solid-state outputs. Each input channel is optically isolated from the backplane to enhance noise immunity and protect the PLC processor from field-side disturbances.
