Woodward 9905-971 Discrete Input Module

Functional Description

The 9905-971 is a Discrete Input Module developed by Woodward. It features latent fault detection for each relay output. Each discrete input operates at 24 VDC. The relay outputs can be configured for either normally open or normally closed contacts. The modules are mounted into card guides within the control’s chassis and connected to the motherboard. They are secured by two screws, one at the top and one at the bottom of the front panel. Additionally, there are two handles at the top and bottom of the module that, when toggled outward, allow the modules to disengage from the motherboard connectors.
