1. Shipping and Delivery

AutoControl Global Industrial Systems Co., Ltd. aims to fulfill shipments promptly and efficiently, subject to product availability and order processing times.

  • Shipping Times: Orders for "in-stock" products received with full payment before 11:00 AM Beijing Time will generally be shipped on the same day. Orders received after this time will typically ship on the next business day.

  • Pre-Purchase Products: Orders for products marked as "pre-purchase" will be shipped within the specified timeframe communicated at the time of order confirmation.

  • Delivery Estimates: Shipment and delivery dates provided by AutoControl are estimates. While we strive to meet these dates, we are not liable for delays that may occur.

  • Timely Delivery: Delivery within 30 days of the requested delivery date is considered timely. Delay in one batch does not entitle cancellation of other batches unless specifically agreed.

2. Ownership and Risk

  • Carrier Arrangement: Unless otherwise specified by the customer, AutoControl arranges the carrier and delivery route for shipments.

  • Transfer of Ownership: Ownership of products and risk of loss or damage during shipment transfer to the customer upon shipment, based on the agreed Incoterms:

    • FOB origin, freight collect: Customer-appointed carrier.
    • Delivery at destination, freight prepaid: AutoControl-appointed carrier.

3. Export Controls

  • Compliance: All purchased products are subject to Chinese export control laws, regulations, and orders. International orders will comply with Export Administration Regulations.

  • Customer Responsibility: Customers agree to comply with applicable export laws and regulations of China and foreign agencies. Products cannot be exported to prohibited or embargoed countries, or to denied, blocked persons or entities.

4. Shipping Costs

  • Responsibility: Customers are responsible for shipping costs of returned products. AutoControl covers shipping costs for replacements of returned products and will match the original shipping method.

  • Insurance: We recommend customers opt for full insurance to cover loss or damage during return shipment. Customers must provide proof of shipment method that ensures carrier or delivery section, minimizing risk during returns.

5. Packaging Requirements

  • Protection: Products must be properly packed during shipment to minimize the risk of damage. Each product should be securely placed in its original packaging or equivalent protective packaging material, such as bubble wrap or packing foam.

  • Prohibited Practices: Shipping products unboxed, fully wrapped in bubble wrap, or secured onto a pallet (unless suitable for the product's size or weight) is not allowed.

6. Damaged or Incomplete Shipments

  • Rejection: Customers should refuse acceptance of damaged or incomplete packages delivered by the carrier. If accepted, customers must:
    • Note damages or missing parts on the carrier's delivery record.
    • Retain products as received with original packaging.
    • Immediately notify AutoControl to arrange carrier inspection and product return.
  • Responsibility: Failure to notify AutoControl within five (5) days of receipt will be deemed acceptance of products in perfect condition, subject to our general return policy.
